12.00.00am UTC (GMT +0000) Tue 10th Jun 2003

A new mini-market opened in Ramslye on the 5th June. Councillor Peter Crawford has worked very hard for nearly a year to fill the gap left when the Post Office closed.

Peter Crawford says, "I hope all residents of the Broadwater Down, Showfields and Ramslye areas will support the shop to improve the chances of the Post Office reopening again."
