Southborough By-Election - Town Square Proposal

In November, the Town Council appeared at the Local Plan Enquiry in opposition to the Borough Council's plan for a larger store than the Town Council feels is reasonable and necessary for the town.

Liberal Democrats believe a reasonable town square can be developed on the site creating a heart for our town, but only if the size of the store is limited to that agreed between members of the Steering Group and potential developers.
