For those pensioners who have not yet received the "Invitations" to open an "Account" to draw their pension, the following information can let you "Retain your book".

1. Do not complete the form (you could receive three 'invites').

2. Dial the help-line.

3. State your preference for cash from the Orderbook / Postmaster.

4. Do not Waiver.

Your Post Office is a community focal point. Those living alone often regard it as a place of contact with others. Don't forget it! If you don't use it, you could lose it! Several sub post offices have recently closed in Tunbridge Wells.
