Election Results - Labour down to one Councillor in Tunbridge Wells7.30.26am BST (GMT +0100) Fri 11th Jun 2004 On a respectable night for the Liberal Democrats in Tunbridge Wells, Labour lost one seat while the Lib Dems held all theirs. The quick results are as follows:- St James (34.0%) LD 717 Tory 312 Labour 160 . Rusthall (38.5%) LD 691 Tory 377 Labour 126 UKIP 145 . Capel (42.3%) LD 496 Tory 217 . St John's (35.3%) LD 715 Tory 641 Labour 147 Green 126 Indep 76 . Park (42.5%) LD 681 Tory 1204 Labour 146 Green 165 . Broadwater (41.0%) LD 440 Tory 561 Labour 94 UKIP 120 .
